I, ___________________________________covenant and agree to the rental of the cart and equipment
described herein subject to the following conditions which I have read and accepted.
1. To return the cart and equipment in the same condition as taken, as I have inspected same ______ (initial)
2. To secure the cart and equipment as appropriate to prevent damage to the cart and/or other vehicles or
property and to operate the cart strictly in accordance with our rules which I read and understand.
3. To be fully responsible for all damages and/or losses to cart (value ranging from $7,000.00-$ 10,000.00),
equipment and/or other vehicles to property during the rental period.
4. To be fully responsible for and to keep the owner indemnified against all damage and/or injury of every
description which may occur to the cart and equipment or any part thereof or to any person or persons using the
same or to the property of any such person or persons or any other person arising directly or indirectly through
my rental and use of the cart.
5. To comply with all traffic rules and regulations in accordance with the Laws of the Commonwealth of The
Bahamas.
6. To accept and pay appropriate service charges for service required as a result of carelessness or neglect on

7. Not to operate the cart on ANY beach.
8. To return the cart full of fuel, if not you will be charged a fuel surcharge at the current rate of gas.
9. To be responsible for any legal costs and expenses connected with the collection of any debts incurred by
reason of any damage to the cart or expenses incurred thereof during the time I have the cart rented.
10. That I acknowledge and accept that the cart will be taken away WITHOUT A REFUND if any of the following
takes place:

11. That carts returned late are subject to additional charges and that credit will not be given for inclement
weather.
I have read, understood and agree to all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
